Karnataka HC Directs Keeping of Minor Girl in Juvenile Centre to Allow Her to Continue Her Studies - 29.11.2021

Karnataka High Court has come to the rescue of a minor girl who willingly left her parents home as they allegedly discontinued her education and were forcing her to marry. The Court has directed that the girl be kept in a Juvenile Centre/Remand Home, away from her parents and permitted her to continue with her further studies.
