Bombay HC Commutes Death Penalty of Three Convicts in 2012 Shakti Mills Gang Rape - 25.11.2021

Bombay High Court has commuted to life imprisonment the death penalty awarded to three repeat offenders in connection with the gang-rape of a photo-journalist inside Mumbai's defunct Shakti Mills compound, in 2013.
