Selection of Special Public Prosecutors for handling CBEC cases before Courts

MANU/EXCT/0028/2016

The Central Board of Excise and Customs issued guidelines for selection of Special Public Prosecutors for handling CBEC cases in Subordinate Courts, Courts of Session and High Courts. The procedure for engagement will be looked into by the concerned Commissioner at least five months prior to expiry of the term of any SPP.
