SC: Employee Won't Lose Entitlement to Gratuity By Merely Opting to Extend Retirement Age - 25.11.2021

Supreme Court has held that mere exercise of option by an employee, to avail the benefit of extension of age of retirement to 60 years, could not operate against his entitlement to gratuity.
