Rajasthan HC: Aggrieved Person to Include Any Woman Including Foreign Citizen - 23.11.2021

Rajasthan High Court has held that as per Section 2(a) of the Domestic Violence Act of 2005, the definition of aggrieved person, would include any woman including a foreign citizen, who is subjected to domestic violence.
