Meghalaya HC Grants Bail to Teenager in Sexual Assault Case Under POCSO Act - 23.11.2021

Meghalaya High Court has granted bail to a teenager in a sexual assault case lodged against him under the provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act) after taking into consideration that the minor victim and the accused were in a romantic relationship and that there was consensual sexual intercourse.
