CIC Asks Lt Governor and Others to Clarify Powers,Jurisdiction and Procedures to Handle Graft - 04.03.2016

Central Information Commission (CIC), while noting current ambiguity which discourage people from taking on corruption,has held that Delhi's Lt Governor,Chief Minister and Union Home Minister must clarify to the public within two months their powers,jurisdiction and procedures to handle graft complaints.
