Delhi HC: Randomness in Cut Off Age for Reservation Not Sufficient to Characterize as Arbitrary - 22.11.2021

Delhi High Court has observed that randomness in fixation of a cut off age for availing the benefit of reservation for a particular category is not sufficient to characterize it as an arbitrary or unreasonable decision.
