CBIC Issues Instructions on Issuance of SCNs and Adjudication Process in Pre-GST Regime - 22.11.2021

Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has issued the instructions to adhere to the time limits laid down in the provisions of the Act and Rules on the issuance of Show Cause Notices (SCNs) and adjudication process in the pre-Goods and Services tax regime.
