Kerala HC: Substantial Distinction Between Consent and Submission to Sexual Intercourse - 19.11.2021

Kerala High Court has held that there is a substantial distinction between consent and submission to sexual intercourse. The Court has observed that merely for the reason that the victim was in love with the accused, it cannot be presumed that she had given consent for sexual intercourse.
