SC Restrains Tripura Police From Taking Coercive Steps Against 3 Persons Booked Under UAPA - 17.11.2021

Supreme Court has directed Tripura Police that no coercive steps should be taken against 2 lawyers & 1 journalist, who were booked under anti-terror law Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) over their social media posts and reports about the recent communal violence which took place in state.
