SC: Tenants Ought to be in Actual Possession of Premises to Avail Benefit of Tenants Protection Act - 15.11.2021

Supreme Court has reiterated that the tenants ought to be in actual possession of the premises to avail the benefit of Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu City Tenants Protection Act, 1972, which deals with the application filed by the tenant before the Court to direct the landlord to sell the land.
