Oral Hearing in anti-dumping investigation against the imports of Clear Float Glass from Bangladesh and Thailand

1. Anti-Dumping Investigation against the imports of Clear Float Glass from Bangladesh and Thailand was initiated on 30.06.2021 under the customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and collection of Anti-dumping duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules 1995 (AD Rules). As per Rule 6(6) of AD Rules "The Designated Authority may allow an interested party or its representative to present the information relevant to the investigation orally but such oral information shall be taken into consideration by the Designated Authority only when it is subsequently reproduced in writing".

2. In pursuance of the aforesaid provision, and the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic, Designated Authority has scheduled an oral hearing in the matter through Digital Video Conference (DVC) to be held on 22nd November, 2021 at 02:30 PM.

3. You will be required to submit written submissions and the rejoinders (confidential and non confidential versions) of the views expressed at the hearing within the date and time schedule to be indicated on the date of hearing.

4. Kindly intimate the name(s) and email addresses of the person (s) who are expected to attend the hearing. The details of the Digital Video Conferencing will be shared with the registered interested parties shortly.
