Kerala High Court Quashes State Circular Restricting Fee Exemption on Converted Paddy Land - 12.11.2021

Kerala High Court has quashed a circular issued by the State government, limiting fee exemption on converted paddy land not included in the data bank only to applications filed after 25th February, 2021. The Court has directed the concerned authority to consider the applications submitted by the petitioners irrespective of the cut-off date fixed in the Circular for payment of fee within 2 months.
