Kerala High Court Seeks Stand on Olympian Mayookha Johny’s Plea to Quash FIR - 11.11.2021

Kerala High Court has sought the State government's stand on Olympian Mayookha Johny's plea to quash the FIR lodged against her for allegedly raising false rape allegations. The Court has directed the Public Prosecutor to take instructions in the plea and listed the matter for hearing on December 6th.
