Delhi HC Dismisses CBI Plea Challenging Order Allowing Inspection of Documents By Accused - 10.11.2021

Delhi High Court has dismissed the Central Bureau of Investigation's plea challenging a Special Judge's order directing it to allow the accused persons, including former Minister P. Chidambaram, to inspect the documents kept in Malkhana room collected by the agency while investigating the INX Media Case.
