Kerala HC Directs State to File Statement in Response to Plea Seeking Restraint on Demonstrations - 09.11.2021

Kerala High Court has directed the State to file a statement in response to a plea seeking political parties, religious and social organizations to refrain from conducting demonstrations, meetings, or festivals on public roads obstructing road traffic. The Court has directed the petitioner to implead all temple and church committees as respondents in the matter since he was seeking a ban on temple festivals as well in public places.
