AP HC Orders Status Quo on Proposed Cancellation of Land Allotted to Andhra Sugars Limited - 09.11.2021

Andhra Pradesh High Court has ordered status quo on the proposed cancellation of 42.28 acres of land allotted to Andhra Sugars Limited in Jawaharlal Nehru Pharma City (JNPC) in Parawada Mandal of Visakhapatnam district in 2008 for setting up a bulk drug and fine chemicals manufacturing unit, on the ground that it could not complete the project.
