Punjab And Haryana High Court Grants Default Bail In 1.6 KG Drug Seizure Case - 01.11.2021

Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted default bail in terms of Section 167(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 case to an accused, who was arrested on the allegations that 1kg 600 grams of ganja was recovered from him, in view of the fact that the police had filed the challan in the case registered against him without the FSL (Forensic Science Laboratory) report.
