Delhi High Court Refuses to Stay Singapore Based Tribunal's Order Halting Reliance Deal - 01.11.2021

Delhi High Court has rejected the plea filed by Future Group seeking an ad interim stay on the order passed by a Singapore based Arbitration Tribunal, refusing to interfere with the Emergency Award restraining it to continue with the Reliance deal.
