Allahabad High Court Denies Bail to Person Accused of Gang-Rape of Girlfriend - 01.11.2021

Allahabad High Court has denied bail to a person accused of gang-raping his girlfriend, along with three other persons noting that he (boyfriend of the victim) remained silent spectator when co-accused persons were brutally sexually assassinating his beloved in front of him.
