SC Dismisses SLP Filed by AKM Ashraf to Restrict Entry of People Without RT PCR Certificate - 29.10.2021

Supreme Court has dismissed a special leave petition filed by AKM Ashraf, member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly assailing the Kerala High Court's refusal to entertain his petition challenging State of Karnataka's decision to restrict entry of people from Kerala unless they possess a negative RT PCR test certificate.
