CBIC notifies New Provisions related to Surrender of Registration, Validity of Registration - 29.10.2021

Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has notified new Provisions related to Surrender of Registration, Validity of registration under Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Regulations, 1998. The CBIC has notified Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance), Amendment, Regulations, 2021 which seeks to amend Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Regulations, 1998.
