Kerala HC: Company Entitled to Acquire Properties Dehors Cancellation of Its Registration As NBFC - 26.10.2021

Kerala High Court has ruled that even when an entity is stripped of its Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) license, it continues to operate as a company and a legal person as long as its Certificate of Registration is not cancelled under the Companies Act, 2013.
