SC Asks Advocate to Get AG's View on Contempt Plea in JNU Row - 01.03.2016

SC has asked petitioners to get opinion of Attorney General (AG) before it accords hearing to his plea seeking contempt action against JNUSU President Kanhaiya Kumar, former DU lecturer SAR Geelani and few others on ground that they allegedly termed execution of Afzal Guru as "judicial killing".
