Madras High Court: Lubricants Not Excisable Goods for SVLDRS - 26.10.2021

Madras High Court has ruled that Lubricants can’t be considered to be excisable goods for purposes of the Sabka Viswas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 (SVLDRS).
