Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Seeking Voting Rights for Nurses with Delhi Nursing Council - 25.10.2021

Delhi High Court has issued notice on a PIL filed by Indian Professional Nurses Association, an NGO, seeking voting rights to all nurses registered with Delhi Nursing Council for the purpose of electing it's office bearers and executive committee.
