SC Clarifies Filling Up Vacancies in State Consumer Commissions as per Directions - 22.10.2021

Supreme Court has clarified that the process of filing up vacancies in the State Consumer Commissions as per directions issued by it on 11th August 2021 must not be impeded by the judgement passed by the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court quashing certain Consumer Protection Rules, 2020.
