Uttarakhand HC Quashes Order of Cancellation of GST Registration Due to Improper Procedure - 22.10.2021

Uttarakhand High Court has quashed the Order of cancellation of Goods and Services Tax (GST) Registration due to the non-providing of opportunity of Hearing and has remitted the matter back to GST Authority.
