Karnataka High Court Dismisses Batch of Petitions Challenging 2016 Yogesh Gowda Murder Case - 19.10.2021

Karnataka High Court has dismissed a batch of petitions including that filed by former State Minister Vinay Kulkarni, challenging entrustment of the 2016 Yogesh Gowda Murder Case to Central Bureau of Investigation for further investigation.
