Delhi High Court Disposes Plea for Appointment of More Judges - 18.10.2021

Delhi High Court has disposed of a petition seeking appointment of more number of Judges in the institution, so as to ensure that its benches function with full strength. The Court has observed that the process, both by way of direct appointment and promotion, is already underway.
