Allahabad HC Upholds Detention Order Against Mohseen Saleem Sheikh - 18.10.2021

Allahabad High Court has upheld the detention order passed under the National Security Act, 1980 against Mohseen Saleem Sheikh, who has been accused of conspiring in the murder of the President of the Hindu Samaj Party, Kamlesh Tiwari.
