J&K HC Grants Bail to Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Minor on Lack of Evidence - 18.10.2021

Jammu & Kashmir And Ladakh High Court has granted bail to a man accused of sexually assaulting a minor as it noted that the victim and her father had stated nothing against him/accused in their statements recorded under Section 164 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Recording of confessions and statements).
