Bombay HC Grants Pre-Arrest Bail to Employees of Hospital Booked Under SC/ST Act - 18.10.2021

Bombay High Court granted pre-arrest bail to the employees of a hospital, who have been booked under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 for allegedly insulting the complainant, other people (who are the member of the Scheduled Caste community) by detaining the dead body of their relative.
