Modifications to Prudential Guidelines on Revitalising Stressed Assets

The Reserve Bank of India modified and clarified aspects of its Prudential Guidelines for Revitalising Stressed Assets in the Economy. Effect of the revised Guidelines will be prospective. Modifications are made in the Strategic Debt Restructuring Scheme, framework revitalize Distressed Assets in the economy and prudential guidelines on restructuring of advances.
