P&H High Court Dismisses Plea Seeking Transfer of Murder Case Against Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh - 06.10.2021

Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a plea seeking transfer of the murder trial against Dera Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh pending before special CBI judge, Panchkula in plea filed by the son of the deceased Ranjeet Singh (allegedly murdered by Ram Rahim Singh), who sought transfer of the case to another CBI court in Punjab, Haryana, or Chandigarh.
