Karnataka HC Issues Notice to Former HC Judge in Plea to Probe Bribe Scandal for Governor's Post - 05.10.2021

Karnataka High Court has issued notice to a former judge of the court in a petition seeking directions to the police to initiate action against her for allegedly paying a bribe amount of Rs 8.50 crore, to an accused of securing the post of Governor.
