Supertech Demolition: SC Dismisses Plea For Modifying Its Order To Demolish Two Buildings In Noida - 04.10.2021

Supreme Court has dismissed Supertech Application seeking modification of the August 31 judgment of the court by which it upheld an order passed by the Allahabad High Court directing the demolition of twin 40 storey towers in the Emerald Court project of Supertech.
