Calcutta HC Restrains Schools To Put Bar on Students From Taking Exams For Non-Payment of Fee - 04.10.2021

Calcutta High Court has restrained school authorities from preventing any student from taking any examination as well as carrying out rustication of students due to non-payment of school fees. However, the Court directed parents to ensure payment of outstanding fees by October 25.
