AP High Court to State DGP: Can't Register FIR For Proceedings U/S 107 & 145 of CrPC - 04.10.2021

Andhra Pradesh High Court has directed the State Director-General of Police (DGP) to instruct the Station House Officers of all Police Stations that a First Information Report (FIR) cannot be registered for the proceedings under Sections 107 and 145 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.PC).
