Kerala HC: Power under Section 25 of Rent Act Is Not Appellate Power - 04.10.2021

Kerala High Court has observed that the power exercisable by High Court under Section 25 of Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act (Rent Act) is not an appellate power to reappraise or reassess the evidence to come to a different finding contrary to the finding recorded by lower courts.
