Constitution (105th Amendment) Act Has Come In Force From 15th August, 2021 - 04.10.2021

The Constitution (One Hundred and Fifth Amendment) Act, 2021, which restores the power of the State Governments and Union Territories to identify and specify Socially and Economically Backward Classes has come into force from 15th August, 2021.
