Karnataka HC Issues Notice on Plea Seeking Directions to Permit Access to Pets to Public Parks - 01.10.2021

Karnataka High Court has issued notice to the state government and the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) on a petition seeking directions to the corporation to permit access to pets in all public parks, as long as pet owners leash their dogs and carry biodegradable poop bags with them.
