SC: Power of Attorney Holder of Financial Creditor Who Had Been Given Authorisation - 01.10.2021

Supreme Court has observed that the power of attorney holder of a financial creditor who has been given authorisation can file an application under Section 7 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 on behalf of it.
