Bombay HC Rejects UltraTech Cement's Plan to Buy JP Associates’ Cement Plants in MP - 29.02.2016

Bombay High Court has rejected the scheme of arrangement for the acquisition of two cement plants of JP Associates by UltraTech Cement, citing the new MMDR Act as the prime reason.
