Karnataka High Court: Breastfeeding Protected Under Article 21 as Fundamental Right - 30.09.2021

Karnataka High Court has said that breastfeeding a child is an important attribute of motherhood and is protected under the umbrella of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, 1949.
