Supreme Court Dismisses PIL Seeking Covid Vaccination Registration Via Toll-Free Number - 28.09.2021

Supreme Court has disposed of a Public Interest Litigation seeking registration for COVID vaccination on a toll-free helpline number. The Court has observed that as a matter of policy, walk-in registration is now permitted and hence, the petition has been rendered infructuous by subsequent measures.
