Delhi High Court: Seat of Arbitration Is Decided as Per Arbitration Agreement - 27.09.2021

Delhi High Court has observed that the seat of arbitration is to be decided according to the arbitration agreement between the parties and that the Rules of Arbitration of the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution shall come into play only after the arbitration commences before appropriate jurisdiction.
