Bombay HC Issues Notice on 'Unfortunate Condition' of Dogs Retired From Services - 27.09.2021

Bombay High Court has issued notice to the Central Government in two civil applications filed in the suo moto court proceedings initiated in the year 2016 taking into account the plight of a dog by the name ''Reno'', a labrador who worked in the Railway Protection force and the unfortunate condition of some of the dogs who have retired from various Central and State services, after having rendered meritorious service.
