Calcutta High Court Dismisses Plea Against WB Govt 'Ration At Doorstep' Scheme - 27.09.2021

Calcutta High Court has dismissed a petition challenging the West Bengal government's newly introduced 'Duare Ration' (ration at doorstep) program holding that it does not appear that the Scheme contravenes any of the provisions of law and that Time has come for the shop to reach the doorstep of the consumers.
